When our outer worlds feel turbulent and filled with changes, its easy to feel stuck, blocked or derailed. By recognizing blocks as periods of fear, doubt and a disconnection from our intuition and inner-wisdom, we can use this external turbulence as an opportunity to do the inner work that leads to personal transformation.  As we become better aquatinted with our "shadow" or our blocks and fears, we become more authentic and trusting of our own voice, moving more naturally into our creative potential.

I've begun to notice that more  creatives are being drawn to "heart-centered" personal growth as they navigate big internal shifts and life change and, intensified emotions. This can include mindfulness. Often this type of inner work can lead to greater self compassion, a shift in overall perspective, or some describe it as an awakening.

This presentation will give you real life tools and practices to:

- Recognize and tune into your innate wisdom and truth

- Return to a sense of balance in difficult situations.

- Accept yourself, your shadow and your experiences with more compassion

- Learn to see the growth opportunities that can be found in life's difficulties.
